Filipino pop group BGYO has released their newest single, “Trash,” available on all music streaming platforms worldwide.
The track blends pop, neo-soul, disco, and funk elements and was produced by Grammy Award winner Lostboy and Grammy nominee Tele.
The song, penned by Greg Shilling, Elle Campbell, Lostboy (Peter Rycroft), and Tele (Steven Chueng), captures the group’s willingness to risk everything for love, reflecting BGYO’s personal feelings.
BGYO first performed “Trash” during the “ASAP Natin ‘To California” event in Ontario on August 3. The group, consisting of Gelo, Akira, JL, Mikki, and Nate, continues to make waves internationally, recently performing at the Philippines Food and Music Festival in Toronto and the Pistahan Parade and Festival in San Francisco.
