Fresh from their concert sponsored by a laptop brand, SB19 will collaborate with the Philippines’ most prolific rapper Gloc-9 in a song titled “Kalakal” to be released on Friday, August 9.
The word “kalakal” means junk or discarded items. It is worth noting that all 5 members wrote their individual rap parts for the song.
“Hindi mo ‘to kayang tanggihan,” (You won’t reject this.) the group wrote in the caption.
The group first performed the song at a concert sponsored by a laptop brand last night, August 4.
Last July, the group’s fandom known as A’TIN was nominated at the Billboard Fan Army Face-off 2024 in which they won last year. Currently, they are facing off against the fan army of American singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey with the A’TIN currently ahead.
